Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Account Information

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete

ข้อมูลอื่น ๆ เช่น รูปภาพ ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และข้อมูลอื่นใดที่ถือว่าเป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอ่อนไหว ดังต่อไปนี้ เมื่อบริษัทฯได้รับความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากผู้ใช้งาน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ทำได้

 ข้อมูลอื่นใดที่กระทบต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานตามที่คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลประกาศกำหนด

ผู้เยาว์

 หากผู้ใช้งานมีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีหรือมีข้อจำกัดความสามารถตามกฎหมาย บริษัทฯอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งาน บริษัทฯ อาจจำเป็นต้องให้พ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครองของผู้ใช้งานให้ความยินยอมหรือที่กฎหมายอนุญาตให้ทำได้ หากบริษัทฯ ทราบว่ามีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้เยาว์โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากพ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครอง บริษัทฯจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลนั้นออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัทฯ

วิธีการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

 บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานในรูปแบบเอกสารและรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งาน ดังต่อไปนี้

การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

● บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้

● เพื่อสร้างและจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน

● เพื่อจัดส่งสินค้าหรือบริการ

● เพื่อปรับปรุงสินค้า บริการ หรือประสบการณ์การใช้งาน

● เพื่อการบริหารจัดการภายในบริษัท

● เพื่อการตลาดและการส่งเสริมการขาย

● เพื่อการบริการหลังการขาย

● เพื่อรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะ

● เพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าหรือบริการ

● เพื่อปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข (Terms and Conditions)

● เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบของหน่วยงานราชการ

การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

 บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานให้แก่ผู้อื่นภายใต้ความยินยอมของผู้ใช้งานหรือที่กฎหมายอนุญาตให้เปิดเผยได้ ดังต่อไปนี้

การบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กร

 บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานภายในบริษัทเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาสินค้าหรือบริการของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ อาจรวบรวมข้อมูลภายในสำหรับสินค้าหรือบริการต่าง ๆ ภายใต้นโยบายนี้เพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้ใช้งานและผู้อื่นมากขึ้น

ผู้ให้บริการ

 บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานบางอย่างให้กับผู้ให้บริการของบริษัทฯ เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อดำเนินงานในด้านต่างๆ

 เช่น การชำระเงิน การตลาด การพัฒนาสินค้าหรือบริการ เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ ผู้ให้บริการมีนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตนเอง

พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ

 บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลบางอย่างกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจเพื่อติดต่อและประสานงานในการให้บริการสินค้าหรือบริการ และให้ข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับความพร้อมใช้งานของสินค้าหรือบริการ

การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย

 ในกรณีที่มีกฎหมายหรือหน่วยงานราชการร้องขอ บริษัทฯจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่หน่วยงานราชการ เช่น ศาล หน่วยงานราชการ เป็นต้น

การโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศ

 บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานไปยังบุคคล องค์กร หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Server) ที่ตั้งอยู่ในต่างประเทศ โดยบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการตามมาตรการต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานไปยังประเทศปลายทางนั้นมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างเพียงพอ หรือกรณีอื่น ๆ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

 บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นในระหว่างที่ผู้ใช้งานเป็นลูกค้าหรือมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่กับบริษัทฯ หรือตลอดระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายฉบับนี้ ซึ่งอาจจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาไว้ต่อไปภายหลังจากนั้น หากมีกฎหมายกำหนดไว้ บริษัทฯจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้เป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของผู้ใช้งานได้ เมื่อหมดความจำเป็นหรือสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว

สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

 ภายใต้กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล  ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิในการดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้

สิทธิขอถอนความยินยอม (right to withdraw consent) หากผู้ใช้งานได้ให้ความยินยอม บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความยินยอมที่ผู้ใช้งานให้ไว้ก่อนวันที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใช้บังคับหรือหลังจากนั้น ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิที่จะถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ตลอดเวลา

สิทธิขอเข้าถึงข้อมูล (right to access) ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯและขอให้บริษัทฯทำสำเนาข้อมูลดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน  รวมถึงขอให้บริษัทฯ เปิดเผยว่าบริษัทฯได้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานมาได้อย่างไร

สิทธิขอถ่ายโอนข้อมูล (right to data portability) ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิขอรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานในกรณีที่บริษัทฯได้จัดทำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นอยู่ในรูปแบบให้สามารถอ่านหรือใช้งานได้ด้วยเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ที่ทำงานได้โดยอัตโนมัติและสามารถใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ด้วยวิธีการอัตโนมัติ รวมทั้งมีสิทธิขอให้บริษัทฯส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในรูปแบบดังกล่าวไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นเมื่อสามารถทำได้ด้วยวิธีการอัตโนมัติ และมีสิทธิขอรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทฯส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในรูปแบบดังกล่าวไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นโดยตรง เว้นแต่ไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้เพราะเหตุทางเทคนิค

สิทธิขอคัดค้าน (right to object)  ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิขอคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานในเวลาใดก็ได้ หากการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานที่ทำขึ้นเพื่อการดำเนินงานที่จำเป็นภายใต้ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัทฯ หรือของบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลอื่น โดยไม่เกินขอบเขตที่ผู้ใช้งานสามารถคาดหมายได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผลหรือเพื่อดำเนินการตามภารกิจเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์

สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล (right to erasure/destruction) ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานหรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวผู้ใช้งานได้ หากผู้ใช้งานเชื่อว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานถูกเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยโดยไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือเห็นว่าบริษัทฯ หมดความจำเป็นในการเก็บรักษาไว้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในนโยบายฉบับนี้ หรือเมื่อผู้ใช้งานได้ใช้สิทธิขอถอนความยินยอมหรือใช้สิทธิขอคัดค้านตามที่แจ้งไว้ข้างต้นแล้ว

สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล (right to restriction of processing) ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลชั่วคราวในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ อยู่ระหว่างตรวจสอบตามคำร้องขอใช้สิทธิขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือขอคัดค้านของผู้ใช้งานหรือกรณีอื่นใดที่บริษัทฯ หมดความจำเป็นและต้องลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องแต่ผู้ใช้งานขอให้บริษัทฯ ระงับการใช้แทน

สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูล (right to rectification) ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด

สิทธิร้องเรียน (right to lodge a complaint) ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากผู้ใช้งานเชื่อว่าการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งาน เป็นการกระทำในลักษณะที่ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้สิทธิของผู้ใช้งานในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลข้างต้นได้ โดยติดต่อมาที่เจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัทฯ ตามรายละเอียดท้ายนโยบายนี้ บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งผลการดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลา 30 วัน นับแต่วันที่บริษัทฯ ได้รับคำขอใช้สิทธิจากผู้ใช้งาน ตามแบบฟอร์มหรือวิธีการที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ทั้งนี้ หากบริษัทฯ ปฏิเสธคำขอบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งเหตุผลของการปฏิเสธให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น ข้อความ (SMS) อีเมล โทรศัพท์ จดหมาย เป็นต้น

การโฆษณาและการตลาด

 เพื่อประโยชน์ในการได้รับสินค้าหรือบริการ บริษัทฯจะใช้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานเพื่อวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงสินค้าหรือบริการ และทำการตลาดผ่าน Google, Facebook, pixel tracking code และอื่น ๆ ใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อให้สินค้าหรือบริการเหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้งาน

 เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ อาจแสดงโฆษณาจากบุคคลที่สามเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการบริการของบริษัทฯ เช่น Google AdSense, BuySellAds บุคคลที่สามเหล่านี้อาจเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานเพื่อดำเนินการเหล่านี้เท่านั้น และมีหน้าที่ไม่เปิดเผยหรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อย่างอื่น

 บริษัทฯ อาจส่งข้อมูลหรือจดหมายข่าวไปยังอีเมลของผู้ใช้งาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอสิ่งที่น่าสนกับผู้ใช้งาน หากผู้ใช้งานไม่ต้องการรับการติดต่อสื่อสารจากบริษัทฯ ผ่านทางอีเมลอีกต่อไป ผู้ใช้งานสามารถกด "ยกเลิกการติดต่อ" ในลิงก์อีเมลหรือติดต่อมายังอีเมลของบริษัทฯ ได้

เทคโนโลยีติดตามตัวบุคคล (Cookies)

 เพื่อเพิ่มประสบการณ์การใช้งานของผู้ใช้งานให้สมบูรณ์และมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เใช้คุกกี้ (Cookies)หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายคลึงกัน เพื่อพัฒนาการเข้าถึงสินค้าหรือบริการ โฆษณาที่เหมาะสม และติดตามการใช้งานของผู้ใช้งาน บริษัทฯ ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อระบุและติดตามผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์และการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ หากผู้ใช้งานไม่ต้องการให้มีคุกกี้ไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้งาน ผู้ใช้งานสามารถตั้งค่าบราวเซอร์เพื่อปฏิเสธคุกกี้ก่อนที่จะใช้เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ ได้

การรักษาความมั่งคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

 บริษัทฯ จะรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานไว้ตามหลักการ การรักษาความลับ (confidentiality) ความถูกต้องครบถ้วน (integrity) และสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน (availability) ทั้งนี้ เพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย เข้าถึง ใช้ เปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือเปิดเผย นอกจากนี้บริษัทฯ จะจัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงมาตรการป้องกันด้านการบริหารจัดการ (administrative safeguard) มาตรการป้องกันด้านเทคนิค (technical safeguard) และมาตรการป้องกันทางกายภาพ (physical safeguard) ในเรื่องการเข้าถึงหรือควบคุมการใช้งานข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (access control)
